Shipping Policy:

  • Turnaround Time: All orders are processed within 2 weeks. Please allow this time for your order to be printed, packaged, and shipped. We'll send you an email as soon as it's headed your way.
  • Shipping Methods: We use standard shipping methods to deliver your items safely. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping turnaround, please understand that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience!
  • Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Items: If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please reach out to us. We will assist in tracking the order and resolving any issues.

Return Policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
  • How to Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us HERE with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
